General used truck parts located at 108 garden drive Hunlock creek Pa. 18621.  We source the lowest mileage trucks from salvage auctions only.  We do not purchase high mileage fleet sale trucks like our competitors.  We pay a premium price for each acquisition. However a factory built motor will outlast a remanufactured engine with rods and mains cut 30 over,   repair sleeves in the block or oversized pistons.  Our components are the best used components on the market and your best choice unless you're considering a factory O.E.M. replacement new part.  Our pricing is very competitive.  If you're looking to put a motor or trans in a truck to dump it at auction we are not for you,  if you're an owner operator who cares about the truck and is looking to get further use from it,  we strive to give our customers a component that lasts.  What we do we do very well and we are going to continue to do it for a very long time.

We offer a discount to our customers who use bank wire or bank check as form of payment. Fee's associated with high dollar items are costly, our customers; small business owners, employed and self employed individuals could utilize the savings. Between processing fee's and advertisement the figure is roughly 10 percent. Bank wire and bank check are guaranteed funds. You have to trust in the people you do business with, years ago it was a handshake. We encourage our customers to request the information they need in order to make the best decision regarding their purchase. If you're purchasing a motor call ask for video, diagnostic results, oil samples or see it in person. we want you to feel comfortable about your purchase.

Due to the shear volume from freight brokers such as freightquote.com handles,  their rates to the consumer are better than our rates with freight companies we have personal accounts with.  Residential shipping is also available,  In addition insurance and liability is also in favor of the consumer vs. the business.  Your purchase will be covered up to 100% of the purchase price where our accounts only cover 10 cents on a pound for breakage.  We will do our part,  your component will be shipped in an overseas wooden crate and steel banded if for some reason your purchase is damaged in shipping it would be caused from neglect on the carrier  and regardless we will make right of it to protect our customer.  To eliminate this concern we encourage customer pickup,  however sometimes it isn't an feasible option.  If necessary we will arrange shipping with the carrier of our choice.

General Used Truck Parts Replacement Promise.   General used truck parts is committed to complete customer satisfaction,  offering a 90 day warranty on recycled parts.  Any used engine,  transmission,  or differential will have a 3 month guarantee against mechanical product failure due to manufacturer defect.
Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase sales documentation must accompany all claims.  Purchaser must keep receipts showing dates,  mileage and service performed and/or materials purchased and furnish them to General used truck parts when requesting a claim.
Single (one-time) repair coverage (during 3 month guarantee) General used truck parts will repair up to 100% of the original invoice price.  Authorization of repair is required prior to work performed once approved,  copy of invoice is required when claim is requested.  Credit applied upon review.
Single catastrophic failure coverage (during 3 month guarantee) causing engine replacement such as main components;  block,  rotating assembly,  cylinder head,  valvetrain,  and bearing failure.  It does not include engine accessories,  glow plugs,  fuel injectors,  fan clutches,  air compressors,  power steering pumps,  alternators and starters will not be covered under warranty.   General used truck parts does not warranty against excessive fuel consumption,  minor blow by or oil leaks.  General used truck parts will provide a replacement engine upon return of engine and failure inspection is completed.  A replacement engine is dependent on our available inventory. Copy of repair invoice is required.  Freight for warranty replacement will be provided by general used truck parts.
Direct replacement failure coverage (during 3 month guarantee)  causing replacement of transmission or differential.  Schedule of covered internal lubricated moving parts including carrier case,  gear sets,  bearings,  bushings,  axle shafts,  limited slip clutch pack and power divider.  It does not include shift control modules,  switches,  sensors,  oil seals and gaskets will not be covered under warranty.  Repair invoice is required for warranty review and processing transmission and/or differential replaced under warranty will retain the original warranty period and terms.
Single (one time) repair and replacement or credit coverage ends when either or both applicable claim types have been applied.  Claims requests are filed directly with the general used truck parts customer service department will  issue a return authorization.  In the event that it is determined that the part must be warrantied the original part must be returned to obtain repairs or refund.  All warranties exclude non covered components,  improper installation,  failure to clear fault codes,  defective workmanship,  usage for which the part was not intended,  improper maintenance and/or not serviced at proper intervals or incorrect types,  levels of fluids and lubricants used in accordance with the vehicle manufactures specifications.  All implied warranties,  including warranties on merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of this warranty and do not cover incidental or consequential damages.  Extensions of warranties are neither available or applicable.  Maintenance and/or wearable items are not covered under warranty.  Failure incurred due to workmanship issues during repair performed by customers or end user are not covered by any warranty provided by general used truck parts.  Original freight is not reimbursed under warranty claims.  General used truck parts warranty does not consist of the following,  freight damages,  shipping charges and any other incurred expenses.
This warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties expressed or implied.
Any modifications to this warranty shall be in writing only by an authorized representative of general used truck parts.
Returns

30 day replacement or refund no questions asked.  If you're not satisfied with the purchase of a recycled part from General used truck parts you may return the part for a replacement or refund of the original purchase price.
Returns without the original sales invoice will not be accepted.  Parts must be in the same condition as shipped (unaltered and undamaged) from General used truck parts.  There are no returns on emission or electrical components all sales are final.  Collision parts cab,  hood,  door,  fender,  fairing,  lighting and bodies are sold as is where is.
