These cups are not top-marked but this pattern was the stock pattern used for 75 years at the Mountain City Club in Chattanooga, TN.  The Mountain City Club was chartered in 1889 as a gentleman's club.  The club remained an all-men's club until 1959 when sons of members could eat with their fathers. The first female member was accepted in 1992.  The club was first located in a Samuel Patton designed building at the southeast corner of Seventh and Cherry Street before moving to a space in the old First National Bank building on Broad Street. The club is currently located at 729 Chestnut Street.  (Reference restaurantwarecollectors.com)
Each is marked on the bottom with the Shenango Native American logo.  One has the multi-color decal mark and the other is a stamped mark, both under-glaze.  Each mark includes “Shenango China, New Castle, PA.”.  There are no date codes but the decal mark was used by Shenango from 1912 to the 1920's and the stamped mark was used from 1930's to early 1950's.
These cups are approximately 2-3/4 inches tall, 3-1/4 inches across the top rim and 1-7/8 inches across the base.  The capacity is approximately 6-fluid ounces.  Each weigh approximately 8 ounces.
