    Description

    Silver plated rectangular tray with Art Deco patterned relief molded border and impressed wreath with bow and "WA" in center of the field.  The tray measures 12 inches across by 9 inches by 1/4 inch high rim.  Marked on the base "The Waldorf-Astoria 1938  IS  International Silver Co.  Silver Soldered  05038 12IN.  Patent 86554".  There are numerous tiny nicks, scratches, and small dents overall, some wear-through of the plating at the central "WA" monogram on the face, and several tiny wear spots on the back of the tray at the points of denting, otherwise in good vintage condition.
