These remind me of being in Catholic School on Valentine’s Day.
I remember the excitement when we would go to school with our cards to hand out to our classmates and our makeshift boxes to keep them in.
There was one Valentine’s Day card I still kept.
I was in 2nd grade and this boy proclaimed his love for me on a heart shaped card, and taped to the card was a small box of heart shaped candy that had words of love on them.
When I was creating these, I immediately went into the time machine of the past and felt that innocent love again ❤️
